How to reach the Coins-Info Editorial Team by email for corrections, glossary ideas and privacy requests, and what we cannot help with, such as lost coins.

  2. What we cannot do
  3. Response times

The quickest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. Messages go to the Coins-Info Editorial Team, the group that writes and maintains every guide on the site. There is no contact form, phone line or live chat.

What to write to us about

  • Corrections. Tell us the page address, the sentence that is wrong and, if you can, a link to a primary source such as project documentation, a regulator notice or a court record. Confirmed errors are fixed on the page.
  • Glossary suggestions. Missing a term in the Blocktionary? Send the word and where you met it.
  • Out-of-date status. If a coin, exchange or mining service we describe has closed, renamed or changed its rules, we want to know.
  • Privacy requests. Questions about data, or requests to see or delete an email you sent us. The privacy policy explains what is kept.

Please put a short subject line on your message, for example “Correction: Litecoin halving” or “Privacy request”. It helps us route it.

What we cannot do

Coins-Info is a reference site, not a crypto business. We do not hold anyone’s coins, run an exchange or offer recovery services, so we cannot:

  • recover lost passwords, seed phrases or private keys;
  • reverse a transaction or trace stolen funds;
  • give personal advice on what to buy or sell;
  • speak for any exchange, wallet or mining company.

A warning worth repeating: anyone who contacts you claiming to be from Coins-Info and asks for a seed phrase, a private key or a payment is not us. We will never ask for any of these. Scammers often pose as “recovery agents” after a loss; if you have been defrauded, report it to the police and to your national fraud-reporting service instead.

Response times

We read every message, though we may not answer each one individually. Corrections backed by a source are handled first.
